Pam’s Story

Teaching and guiding those in their middle and senior years to live longer, stronger, healthier lives.

As someone fast approaching their senior years, I understand the struggle in dealing with the aging process and in putting fitness and health at the center of one’s life. In fact, I started my personal training career for that very reason.

At 44 years old, I could no longer ignore my inner voice telling me there was more to life than being tired and stressed out. My corporate and consulting careers had dominated my life for far too long, and my body was worn out (my psyche too!). It was time to take back my life and begin to make choices that enabled me to be strong and healthy, physically and mentally.

It’s 20 years later, and I have coached hundreds of clients to live stronger, healthier and more energetic lives. I have come to know that fitness is different as you approach your senior years. We need to reach beyond exercise and nutrition to have a successful journey. Factors such as stress, sleep, cognition, mobility, and balance are essential too. It can feel overwhelming, but I’ve made it my mission to help my clients bring all these elements into one simple, focused approach for staying strong, healthy, and resilient as they age.
