Age doesn’t define you

Create a fitness journey based upon your determination to “age strong.”

Physically and Mentally

Meet Pam

At age 44, I left my consulting career because I was tired of being tired, and I finally listened to my inner voice telling me there was more to life. My insatiable curiosity about how the body and mind worked and worked together turned into my new career as a personal trainer. Twenty years later, I am still going strong.

And that’s the point, strength (mentally and physically) is essential as we age. It keeps us young!

Strong Bodies and Minds

Physical fitness is a must as we age, but so is mental fitness. That’s why my approach includes both.

  • exercising the mind in addition to the body

  • keeping the brain healthy,

  • optimizing our nutrition and

  • sustaining cognitive performance.
