If you live 2020 exactly how you lived 2019, what kind of future are you creating for yourself?

What a great question, right?  When you think about this question as it relates to the state of your body, what will your body be like at the end of 2020?  Will you like the answer?

Many of us might not like our forecast.  Our future may not look that appealing.  There is good news, though.  We can control a large portion of our forecast.  But only if we take action.  It goes without saying that action is essential.  You will not positively impact the state of your fitness if you do nothing.  (Click here to read my post where I explore this question in more detail.)

Think small, incremental steps that are doable and make sense to you.  Think repeatable habits, ones that you can perform day in and day out.
